Refund & Return Policy

We are more than happy for items to be returned for an Exchange within 14 days of the purchase date provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer .

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours.

Please let us know that you are making a return by contacting us confirming your details and the reason for your return. You will be issued with the address to send your return to.

Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange.

Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days by the original payment method if item is faulty.

Return postage is the customers responsibility and you are responsible for the items until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. We also recommend that you use insured recorded delivery for returns and you keep your proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned items.
